I can’t think of anything sweeter than returning home after a long absence. I’ve experienced it more than once in my life and when our home comes into view, it’s a unique feeling.

I often find myself reliving those times when I pass through small rural villages and towns. So many of their sons and daughters have left but the call to return never leaves.

The holding of hands is a powerful expression in our society. From early childhood and holding the hand of a caregiver to adulthood and the romantic expression of love, it an essential symbol of togetherness. The complex interweaving line of this piece aims to capture how we become intertwined when we love.

The focus of this range is to capture the essence of the subject with the minimal use of line. The one line pieces are, as the name suggests, drawn with a single line, the pen or brush never leaving the paper., creating deceptively simple images.
