The arched entrance to Trinity College is an architectural treat. It also serves as a wonderful metaphor for all the young minds embarking on a new chapter in their learning.

Through the darkness, the light of the inner courtyard is clearly visible, inviting us to start on our own journey.

One of the oldest pubs in Dublin, this pub was named after a chapel dedicated to Saint George in 1181. The Long Hall preserves a Victorian atmosphere evoking a bygone age.

The original pub which backs on to Dublin Castle opened in the 1860s and was much used by the Fenians. Today, The Long Hall retains much of its old charm; on the walls are engravings of the dealings of the Russian Emperor Paul I with the Polish patriot Kosiusko as well as prints of Gainsborough ladies. Over the entrance to the toilets are panels of art nouveau glass. The woodwork interior adds an air of authenticity to the premises.

As if that wasn’t enough reason to visit, the pint is great too!

Killarney National Park is a rich and beautiful corner of Ireland. It boasts three spectacular lakes and they formed the inspiration for this painting. Mornings there are serene and spiritual. I am always reminded to take time to pause and reflect. It doesn't matter what happened yesterday or what mistakes I've made. Today is a new day. Take the time to reflect and embrace the possibilities.

Inspired by Parke's Castle & Lough Gill

Parke's Castle sits on the northern shore of Lough Gill. A restored 17th century castle built on the site once occupied by Gaelic Chieftan Brian 0’Rourke. Over the centuries it is as though both castle and lake have become one. There is a serenity and a deep sense of tranquility when standing in this timeless spot.

Founded in 1552, Trinity College is one of Dublin’s finest neoclassical architectural treasures. It is widely regarded as one of Europe’s elite universities. The main entrance with its stunning wooden doors and iconic clock face opens onto College Green on Dublin’s south side. It’s little wonder that it has become one of the city’s most popular meeting places.
