Visit product page →One of the oldest pubs in Dublin, this pub was named after a chapel dedicated to Saint George in 1181. The Long Hall preserves a Victorian atmosphere evoking a bygone age.
The original pub which backs on to Dublin Castle opened in the 1860s and was much used by the Fenians. Today, The Long Hall retains much of its old charm; on the walls are engravings of the dealings of the Russian Emperor Paul I with the Polish patriot Kosiusko as well as prints of Gainsborough ladies. Over the entrance to the toilets are panels of art nouveau glass. The woodwork interior adds an air of authenticity to the premises.
As if that wasn’t enough reason to visit, the pint is great too! -

Visit product page →The Echlinville Distillery became the first new distillery in Northern Ireland for 125 years when the first spirt trickled from its stills in 2013. Since then, Echlinville has gone on to establish itself at the forefront of Ireland’s spirits renaissance and is home to award winning brands including Dunville’s Irish Whiskey – named Ireland’s Best Whiskey 2022.
Echlinville is a rare field-to-glass distillery. Their new make spirits are crafted from the ground up, on land they have farmed for generations. Every drop is trickle pot distilled to perfection from barley sown, grown, harvested and malted by hand on their family farm.

Visit product page →Bar 1661 opened its doors in 2019 and within a few short years (including being closed during the Covid pandemic) it was winner of Ireland's Bar of the Year 2022. Based in the heart of Dublin 7, it is named after the year Poitín as we know it was banned.
The ethos of owner Dave Mulligan is deeply rooted in the promotion of Irish Poitín through cocktail culture. Well worth a visit.By Francis Leavey

Named after the late Dr. Pearse Lyons, founder and whiskey innovator, the distillery opened its doors in 2017.

The Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim was founded in 1784. Although the date 1608 is printed on the label of the brand – this refers to an earlier date when a royal licence was granted to a local landowner to distil whiskey in the area.Visit product page →
After various periods of closure in its subsequent history, the distillery has been in approximately continuous operation since it was rebuilt after a fire in 1885.
