From the moment we arrive into this world, being held and hugged is the first form of communication we encounter It remains as perhaps the most powerful form of communication throughout our lifetime.

The gentle line of this piece aims to capture the gentleness and healing that is a hug.

The focus of this range is to capture the essence of the subject with the minimal use of line. The one line pieces are, as the name suggests, drawn with a single
line, the pen or brush never leaving the paper., creating deceptively simple images.

This is one of my favourite drawings. For me it captures all the possibility and belief that every young woman should recognise. The girl in the image instinctively knows she is capable of anything and furthermore knows that she will achieve whatever she chooses to.

It is a popular and unique gift for women of all ages on any occasion. I hope it reminds every woman to believe without doubt that she is capable of anything.

This minimalist pieces In this collection strip away as much of the subject as possible. This creates an element of wonder for the viewer as the imagination and memory try to complete the scene. It can be a very emotive experience as the image emerges from what is actually being seen and from what exists in the viewer’s own mind.

The Jameson Distillery, Midleton, (also known as the Old Midleton Distillery or the Jameson Experience) is a visitor’s centre located in the heart of the town of Midleton, County Cork, just 20 minutes drive from Cork City. Set over 15 acres, it opened as a visitor’s centre in 1992.
