Originally leased in 1759 to Arthur Guinness at £45 per year for 9,000 years, the St. James's Gate area has been the home of Guinness ever since.
I really wanted the cobblestones to feature prominently to help capture the sense of history not just of the brewery but of Dublin. -

The Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim was founded in 1784. Although the date 1608 is printed on the label of the brand – this refers to an earlier date when a royal licence was granted to a local landowner to distil whiskey in the area.Visit product page →
After various periods of closure in its subsequent history, the distillery has been in approximately continuous operation since it was rebuilt after a fire in 1885. -
